RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any return or replacement.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
